Philosophy The Galan Executive Search is carried out for top positions alone (Management and Directors). We have a keen eye for the right team fit. We select candidates with the drive and ambition to lead an organisation during a certain phase, which requires sound insight into both the candidate and the organisation. Our executive searchers are themselves managers and advisors, and apply our own method for assessment of candidates (Top Assessment). We only finally accept assignments after full orientation of the position, strategy and people.
