Philosophy

Should an interim or process manager be brought in or not? That decision depends on the urgency and the time available. We take action quickly but also carefully, which means that we begin by identifying the main problems and the conditions required to bring the situation to a happy end. Our advisor stays on board together with the interim manager (in consultation with the client).
The Galan Group does not contract out work, instead preferring to take its own responsibility for results. In order to emphasize this, we prefer to agree on fees based on such results.

We work with top professionals, deploying experts whom we know inside out. Due diligence is the name of the game at our practice (which we have developed in the past 15 years). Our entrance threshold for new staff is five years' experience in interim management. Their first year is then spent via coaching on assignments to which our name is not attached. Clients can verify the track record of interim managers who are allowed to work for us, and we obviously also pay great attention to the exchange of experience and professionalization.
