Philosophy
Change management has developed into a strong field in the past decade, and “Nothing is certain, except change” has become a well-known quote by now. Many managers are familiar with change management due to either their training and/or experience.
Yet many questions remained unanswered as far as change is concerned: How do you ‘manage’ it (and to what extent can it be managed)? What is an effective approach (and using which methods or instruments)? And how can we get our people to cooperate (and ensure success together)?
Our philosophy is primarily about choosing the right approach to change, against the background of development of the organisation. Based on a clear analysis of the key factors, we identify the change task and the way of successfully realising that change. Important factors are: history, current position in the market, future expectations of stakeholders, strategy, core tasks and the capacity for change of the organisation. In order to achieve tangible results, we combine change management with organisational development. As advisors, we guarantee effective development of the organisation, working together with our clients on the basis of trust and commitment.
