Robbert is a dedicated organisation advisor with plenty of experience in the field of development and implementation of corporate strategies and governance systems, and implements improvements on that basis. He has particular know-how in the fields of strategy development, steering and management of organisations (governance), management systems and project management. His personal characteristics include: generalist, analytical, results oriented and enthusiastic. Thanks to his personity and broad working experience, Robbert always approaches matters from a multidiciplinary perspective, centred around the client. Robbert is in charge of the Galan Group activities in the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba.

drs. Ivanka E. Pourier
Ivanka Pourier grew up in Aruba. She then studied Commercial Economics and Business Economics in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, respectively. As an organisation advisor, she is mainly involved in financial matters and quality improvement processes. She has excellent analytical, communicative and social skills. Ivanka always tries to put herself in the client's shoes in order to come to satisfying solutions. Her work bases upon realisation of results for the client.

Daniël Corsen
Born and raised in Curaçao, Daniël Corsen graduated in International Business from the University of the Netherlands Antilles (UNA). During and after his studies, he worked as a Sports Project Co-ordinator for the Ministry of Education. He then moved to Brussels for a few months where he acquired experience as a lobbyist for the 'Caribbean Water Association' at the European Union. During his stay in Brussels, Daniël strongly developed his affinity with learning processes. As a consultant at the Galan Group, he focuses mainly on developing eLearning strategies and programmes. His creativity and his analytical and communicative skills are all ingredients that contribute to a successful implementation of this.
