The Galan Group The Galan Group is a medium-sized independent Dutch advisory-fim, active both in the Netherlands and abroad. We are a team of fourty professionals and enthusiatic advisors and managers, supported by a customer-oriented back office of ten staff members. We are large enough to carry out important, complex assignments, small enough to keep each other alert and interesting enough to work for fascinating clients. We assist our business relations in important dilemmas, basing out unique solutions on practical experience, up-to-date know-how and last but not least, an objective vision. We have knowledge and experience in many fields. We constantly develop that knowlegde and experience thanks to our curiosity and passion for our profession with a view to helping our clients even more effectively.  We always ask ourselves the same questions: what are the driving forces in society, at the management level and on the shop floor? The answers are found in the practical situation and in the topical theory. We are professional enough to judge the value of each one. We continue to challenge each other in order to surprise other people and ourselves. We charge fair rates and make agreements on the basis of price-performance where possible.
