Approach

No cure, no pay & guarantee
We prefer to work by the no cure, no pay principle. Results are what matter to us. We have confidence in our approach, which is why we guarantee results. A satisfied client and candidate one year after employment, only then do we really recognise the success of the assignment.
We charge a fixed fee. Depending on the job-position, we decide for executive search or a combination of search and advertising. Selecting candidates through our network takes around four weeks; selection of the advertisement response takes us around six weeks. We generally receive lots of reactions, due to our house style - direct and to the point - attracting the necessary attention. Candidates also know that we operate discretely and correctly.


 
Quick response
We make no concessions in terms of diligence, conversely a quick response is realised bij our compact approach. Our lines of communication are optimum because our executive searchers never handle more than two procedures at the same time and can therefore cover the entire process.


 
Style
We treat candidates critically and with respect. We keep them frequently informed on progress throughout the selection process. The same applies in the case of internal candidates; we guarantee absolute discretion and always explain our reasons for rejection to candidates personally.

Quality
We engross the contents of the job-position and give feedback on profiles if necessary. We only present favourable candidates.
